All-Aluminum High-Speed Interceptor for Customs (HongKong)

On January 28, 2019, an all-aluminum high-speed interceptor vessel designed and built by Conglin for Hong Kong Customs successfully entered the sea trial phase following launch and system commissioning. Initial trial results fully met the design targets, achieving a maximum speed of 57 knots.

The conceptual design was developed by world-leading high-speed craft designers, while Conglin’s engineering team independently completed the detailed design, approval drawings, and production design, ensuring full technical control throughout the project lifecycle.

Result

The successful sea trials of this vessel mark a major milestone for China’s aluminum shipbuilding industry, as it represents the country’s first domestically produced ultra-high-speed all-aluminum waterjet vessel.
