Located at the intersection of Hydrogen Valley 3rd Road and Fengling Road in the Jinan Qibu Area, the New Energy & New Materials Industrial Park (C-2 Plot) is a large-scale infrastructure project integrating industrial production, research, and office functions.

The project has a total construction area of approximately 138,000 m², with five floors above ground and one underground level. Floors 1–3 are used as production workshops, while floors 4–5 serve as R&D and office spaces.

To achieve the project’s distinctive architectural concept, Conglin supplied high-strength curtain wall aluminum profiles, which were applied to the building façade system, supporting the stepped setback structure.

Result

With the main structure completed and finishing work underway, the project is set to become a new landmark building in the Cuizhai area of the Jinan Qibu District. Upon completion, the contrast between the solid lower façade and the “floating” upper curtain wall—enhanced by night-time lighting—will create a strong technological and futuristic image.
