The aluminum material is processed through extrusion to form the required cylinder tube profile with stable cross-sectional dimensions.
After extrusion, the profiles are straightened and cut to the required length to ensure accuracy and good processing performance.
According to customer drawings, we can carry out CNC machining such as: Cutting to length, Drilling, Milling, Slotting, End processing
Common surface treatments include: Anodizing, Sandblasting, Polishing, and Custom surface finish

Yes, we can provide aluminum cylinder tube samples for quality inspection. Standard stock samples are usually free to help reduce your sourcing cost, while custom sizes or special processing may require mold or sample charges.
If sample sizes are available in stock, sample preparation usually takes 7–10 days. For bulk orders, the lead time is normally 7–25 days, depending on the order quantity, specifications, and factory production schedule.
