Quality & Manufacturing
- We use your specifications in die design and fabrication, preheated to 450 to 500 °C.
- We heat billets to 400 to 500 °C, extrude them with a hydraulic ram, quench, and then age them.
- We perform CNC machining and stretching to ensure straightness, then apply surface treatment.
